1. Company Commitment
A2Z Games Studios LLC does not knowingly create or deliver infringing, pirated, or unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked content.
2. Customer Obligations
Customers must only provide assets they own or are licensed to use. The company is not responsible for customer-provided assets that infringe on third-party rights.
3. Assets Used in Development
Depending on project scope, we may use:
- Licensed templates and frameworks
- Original code written by our developers
- Stock assets (images, sounds, fonts)
- Customer-provided assets
4. Source Code Ownership
- Starter APK Package: limited license to use the delivered APK; source code ownership retained by A2Z Games Studios LLC
- Source Code Package: source code ownership transferred to customer (as specified in written agreement)
- Premium Studio Package: source code ownership transferred to customer with ongoing support rights
- Custom projects: ownership terms specified in custom quote and agreement
5. Prohibited Content
A2Z Games Studios LLC may refuse projects that:
- Imitate protected brands, famous games, celebrities, logos, or characters without permission
- Contain copyrighted or trademarked content without authorization
- Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
