1. Overview
A2Z Games Studios LLC offers optional monthly support subscriptions for eligible game maintenance, bug fixes, minor updates, technical support, reskin adjustments, and related digital service assistance.
2. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through a secure third-party payment processor. By subscribing, the customer authorizes recurring monthly charges until the subscription is canceled.
3. What Is Not Included
Subscription plans do not include major new game development, new source-code builds, multiplayer systems, backend dashboards, app-store publishing fees, advertising costs, paid assets, third-party software fees, or major custom features unless specifically agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation by contacting support@a2zgamestudios.me or by using the billing management options provided by the payment processor, if available. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous subscription payments.
5. Refunds
Because subscription services provide ongoing access to support capacity and digital service availability, monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. Refunds may be reviewed only in cases of duplicate billing, billing error, or failure to provide the agreed service.
6. Prohibited Services
A2Z Games Studios LLC does not provide gambling, betting, casino, adult, pirated, unauthorized copyrighted, or infringing game-related services.
