- Ensure all customer-provided assets are owned or properly licensed by the customer
- Not request illegal, gambling, betting, adult, infringing, pirated, copyrighted, trademarked, or unauthorized game content
4. Scope Confirmation
All packages and custom work require written scope confirmation before work begins. Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on customer response time and project complexity.
5. Prohibited Content
A2Z Games Studios LLC reserves the right to refuse projects that:
- Involve gambling, betting, casino, or adult content
- Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
- Contain pirated or unauthorized content
- Imitate protected brands, famous games, celebrities, or logos without permission
- Involve illegal activities
6. Digital Delivery
All products and services are delivered electronically via email, secure download link, repository access, or another agreed method.
7. Source Code Ownership
Source code ownership depends on the package purchased and the written project agreement. Ownership terms will be specified in the project agreement.
8. Payment Terms
- Payment must be completed before project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors

12. Subscription Services

Subscription plans are billed monthly through a secure third-party payment processor and continue until canceled. Subscription services do not include major new development, new game builds, app-store fees, advertising costs, paid assets, or major custom features unless separately agreed in writing.
