2. Delivery Methods
Digital delivery is completed through:
- Email with download links
- Secure download portal
- Repository access (GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
- Another agreed digital method
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Timelines are estimates and may vary based on customer response time, project complexity, and scope confirmation.
- Starter APK Package: approximately 5–10 business days after scope confirmation
- Source Code Package: approximately 7–14 business days after scope confirmation
- Premium Studio Package: approximately 10–21 business days after scope confirmation
- Custom projects: timeline provided in written quote
4. Refund Policy
- Full refund: available only before work begins (within 7 days of purchase)
- Partial refund: may be considered if work has started but major deliverables have not been completed
- No refund: after completed digital delivery, source code transfer, APK delivery, or substantial custom work completion
- Refund requests: must be emailed to support@a2zgamestudios.me within 7 days of purchase
5. Revisions
- Minor revisions: may be included depending on package
- Major new features or scope changes: require additional quote
6. Customer Responsibility
Customer must provide required branding, instructions, and approvals on time to avoid delivery delays.
7. Subscription Billing and Refunds
Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins because support availability and digital service capacity are reserved for the customer. Refunds may be reviewed in cases of duplicate billing, billing error, or failure to provide the agreed subscription service. Customers may request cancellation assistance by emailing support@a2zgamestudios.me.
